Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
At this time I am happy to offer custom designs. Please contact me via fortuityjewellery@gmail.com or Etsy messages to get the process started. If I do not feel that I can create the piece, I will happily refer you on to a jeweler that can.
I require a deposit on all custom pieces. The deposit is 50% of the approximate cost of the
finished piece.
Please note that custom pieces WILL NOT be copies of other artists original work.
Put jewellery on after applying makeup as cosmetics such as hairspray, perfumes, and lotions can contain chemicals that can damage jewellery.
Store your jewellery correctly, whenever possible store your jewellery in an airtight container/bag. This will help to maintain the finish of your jewellery and prevent tarnishing.
Avoid showering, swimming or exercising with your jewellery as chemicals in the water or perspiration can damage your jewellery.
If your jewellery gets wet ensure to dry it off completely with a soft cloth.
Clean dirty pieces with a damp soft cloth free of chemicals. Be gentle when polishing an aged piece or you might remove all of it! I actually prefer the patina to deepen over time and do not clean them.
